Our community gives you opportunities to slow down and take better care of yourself. In today's world this is an invaluable skill. Most of us have spent most of our lives living 'too fast'. Our community will tone it down and help you move at a speed that is healthier for your mind, body and spirit.
Getting out of your own head by connecting with others who share your desire for positivity will help you widen your perspective, vital to happiness.
As your fearless leader, I will impart among all members a way of being that is supportive to one another. We will each support one another in being empathic and compassionate towards one another.
As we work together, you will learn new strategies and practical behavioral ideas you can implement to improve your life and reach your goals. My passion is connecting group members with the experts in longevity and high quality of life in one's later years.
Social support has been proven via research to be one of the best ways an individual can find and build greater hope. Life is a marathon not a sprint, and it's inevitable for most of us to lose hope at times. Let our group be a cushion of hope in your life.
Have you ever had the experience of getting better at something or being more consistent, or, just getting off your butt and doing something you said you really wanted or needed to do when you had a buddy to do so with? Well that's the power of our Healthy, Happy Aging Community: having a support network of fellow buddies will ensure you naturally take better care of yourself. Our Healthier Happier Agers as a group can help you become more accountable to yourself. I truly believe if the you are clear as to your 'why's, it will be easier for you to build and maintain your healthier, happier senior years. Your buddies are there to remind you of your 'whys' when the going gets tough.
